Blue Mop Cleaning provides professional cleaning services for homes, offices, studios, Airbnb properties, and more. Our team is trained to deliver reliable, efficient, and pet-friendly service.

2. Services

We offer one-time and recurring cleaning services. All services are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance through our official channels (website, phone, or WhatsApp).

3. Bookings and Cancellations

• Appointments must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• If we cannot access the property and the client is unavailable, the visit will be charged as a missed appointment.

4. Property Access

The client must ensure safe and authorized access to the property. Blue Mop Cleaning is not responsible for unsecured personal belongings or areas where access is not granted.

5. Use of Products and Pet Policy

• We use eco-friendly and pet-safe cleaning products.
• Our staff is pet-friendly but is not authorized to feed, medicate, or walk pets unless previously agreed upon.

6. Payments

• Payment is due as agreed (before or immediately after the service).
• We accept cash, bank transfers, and other pre-approved payment methods.

7. Liability

• Blue Mop Cleaning strives to perform services to the highest quality standards.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or the misuse of equipment and surfaces prior to our visit.
• Any complaints must be reported within 24 hours after the service.

8. Changes to Terms

Blue Mop Cleaning reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the corresponding update date.
